When dining out Thai people tend order a range of dishes, to share, so making it a social experience, dishes will vary from a simple stir fry, curry & a spicy stir fry, with of course rice or noodles.
Here at Saphan Thai we offer the very best authentic Thai dishes.
Dishes will vary from region to region, South Thailand will incorporate more coconut milk, making creamier dishes whereas North Thailand incorporate more water and sauce based dishes to produce real spicy meals, please feel free to ask about all our dishes on offer, as we believe that knowing the dish will enhance your experience,

Saphan in Thai means bridge, being on bridge street we thought why not.
We are a family run establishment offering a wide range
of traditional Thai Dishes.
Our chef has some 25 years experience of cooking Thai Dishes within a street food environment.
Using the freshest ingredients we, are able to offer the
tastiest traditional dishes.
Our aim is to offer a relaxed casual atmosphere where the emphasis is on our food.

Bookings deposit policy
- Any bookings made for 5+ people will require a deposit of £10 per head.
- Please take into consideration that we have limited seats with a small table plan and have had many cancellations which have affected us as well as other customers who require the tables.
Thank you for your understanding
All bookings will be given 15min leeway from time of booking and cancelled.
Management reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Management reserves the right to refuse service.
Mistreatment of staff will not be tolerated
No Drinks brought in to the restaurant may be consumed on the premises.

Saphan Thai offers a wide range of traditional Thai dishes which are prepared and cooked to their original recipe,
Any dishes ordered and are not to the customers tastes will not be returned or replaced at the cost of Saphan Thai, our waiting staff will answer any questions with regards to all dishes on our menu.
Saphan Thai also offers traditional Thai drinks and other drinks, also with these if they are not to the taste of the individual they will not be refunded.
Tables will be given a 1 1/2 sitting with larger tables 2hrs
Large Tables will be given a final bill and it is for the table to calculate if paying individually.
